Wireless broadband internet service is available. There is a dvd/vhs film collection, many books, CD's and board games. Outdoor equipment includes croquet, bocce, horseshoes, badminton, beach & pool volleyball, boogie boards, life vests, sea kayak, barbeque grill and campfire ring.

The unique natural river rock swimming pool has an underwater bench around the edge with water jets. There are eighteen cushioned sun beds, beach towels, and eight hammocks. There are four small palapas, one large palapa, and several outdoor tables.

There is a laundry, treated water system and a major generator that, if needed, provides full property electrical and water backup.

Regular staff includes one indoor and one outdoor person. If desired, a cook and/or additional staff can be arranged. Menu catering is available. 24 hour security system.
